Duke of Edinburgh
From Year 10, students may begin work on the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
It has become so popular that the majority of Year 10 students achieve the Bronze Award (usually including a Surrey Hills expedition) and go on to the Silver Award (a two-night expedition which is further afield in Exmoor).
We currently have 26 Year 12s preparing for their Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award and 32 Year 13s completing their final expedition in the summer.
On the 1st June 2016, St Peter’s became a directly licensed centre for the Duke of Edinburgh.
