In this section, we have collated all the information which relates to mental health which includes a number of visual documents that you can download and important links to various websites.
It is important to remember that whilst the current situation is unsettling for all of us, anyone who is having to manage existing mental health difficulties will find the current situation can be even more challenging for them. Please encourage all members of the family to spend some time on resilience building. For example, relaxation, interests, hobbies, exercise, eating and sleeping well, establishing a routine and structure as well as keeping connected with family and friends.

Please encourage young people to check the CYP Havens for current opening times as these may change and there are likely to be some closures. Contact details and information: www.cyphaven.net As a reminder this is a service for those aged 10 – 18 who are in emotional distress and need mental health support.
